FAQ

  • The value of one month is $145 and that will change to $45 once you go through the checkout process.

  • If you have one, yes! If you don’t, that’s ok you may borrow one of ours at no additional cost. We ask that you clean it with ourl mat cleaner when you are finished.

  • Pre-registration is highly recommended for all in-studio classes and workshops. If for some unseen circumstance we have to cancel a class, all pre-registered students will be notified through email. If a class reaches capacity, we honor reservations over walk-ins.

  • Find the class your guest wishes to attend, reserve for guest, and then enter your guest’s email address if they wish to attend virtually.

  • If you register for a class and do not show, the class will still be deducted from your account.

  • Most likely you have two accounts set up. Give us a call/text or send us an email and we will take care of it. Once we merge your accounts it will be easy to register for classes online.

  • Please read through our class descriptions to find the class that’s right for you. If you are a new student, consider our gentle or yoga fundamentals as the place to start. The best classes for beginners are: Gentle Yoga, Restorative Yoga & Chair Yoga. If you are still unsure – give us a call and we’d be happy to help you find the right class for you!

  • Wear comfortable clothes that you can easily move in. Exercise pants, loose-fitting pants or shorts are best. Street shoes are removed before entering the studio and we recommend bare feet for yoga and pilates classes and sneakers for fitness classes. Read the class description to find out if the class requires sneakers. Please refrain from using scented products or colognes as many of our students are sensitive to perfumes.

  • Bring a yoga mat and water bottle with you to class. We have mats available at no cost if necessary. If you borrow a mat please clean it using our cleaner after you are finished.

  • You may try any class at any time for a drop-in rate of $20. For your first time, we recommend trying our intro offer. (link)

  • Our instructors do their best to begin and end every session on time. The studio is usually open 10-15 minutes prior to class time in order to allow students to set up their spaces and prepare for their practice. For your first visit, we recommend you come at least 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork and get settled in.

  • It is ok if you are not flexible or cannot sit cross-legged. We want you to be comfortable throughout the entire class and that might mean making accommodations for poses that are being taught. We use props such as chairs, blankets, bolsters and blocks to keep you safe and comfortable.

  • Yes, 10 class credits can be shared.
