Tim Palmer
Physical Activity has always been an important part of my life. During my high school years at Carlisle Area High School, I participated in 4 curriculums: Cross Country, Basketball, Football and Track & Field. After graduation I joined the (USAR) United States Army Reserves to stay actively fit. In 1992, after my time in the Army, it was important to me to stay physically active. I began running 5k, 10k, and half marathons, and also had the opportunity to direct with a great team of people a 5k run at the Hope Station in 2006. I continued my work with the local community in 2007 when I employed with the West Shore YMCA. From there I received my Personal Training Certification in 2012. In the following two years, I earned my certification for R.I.P.P.E.D. and Body Pump. I've taught Body Pump at the Carlisle Family YMCA and R.I.P.P.E.D in the CFYMCA also at the WSY, Gold's Gym, Platinum Fitness, Carlisle Community Center and in the Springtime on tennis court around Carlisle. I've always had a passion of the challenge to stay fit and to help those who have the same passion to stay fit and healthy while having fun. My saying is always "Feeling Fit Feels Good!!!".
